• We can accept artwork in the following formats:-

- Adobe Illustrator version 8 or below  (.ai)
- Adobe Acrobat  (.pdf)
- Encapsulated Postscript  (.eps)
- CorelDRAW 12 or below  (.cdr) 

All artwork should have all text converted to outline/curves. 

• Pictures should be sent .tif or .jpeg format at least 300 dpi CMYK.

• Artwork accepted PC format on CD, DVD, or Email (Up to 20 mb):

• Alternatively you can send your artwork via a free file transfer website by visiting http://www.yousendit.com and setting up a free account. Upload your file and then send it to sales@portfolio-display.co.uk.

• A colour proof of the artwork should be supplied with separations.

• All colours should be supplied as Pantone reference colours (PMS).

• Please post any disk or proofs to the following address:
